ABOUT OUR SCHOOL
We are a small, friendly primary and secondary school situated in the far south of Tasmania. We currently have around 150 students attending ranging from Kinder to Year 10. We also have a Year 11 and 12 campus, and run an active Launching into Learning program for our local preschool children.
We are safe, respectful learners: This phrase represents our school philosophy and is fostered on a daily basis through explicit expectations of mutual respect between staff and students.
Our mission is to develop in our students a solid grounding in all areas of the Australian Curriculum with the goal of developing educated, resilient, and well-rounded citizens.
The achievement of good academic grades will be a positive byproduct of this journey, but is not the goal in itself.
